249km of runs with vertical drop of 2200m

There is the longest run in Europe, the Sarenne at 16km plus the rather infamous “Tunnel”  black run

A large area for beginners in les Bergers and the bottom of the DMC telecabine area with runs increasing in difficulty the higher you go.

Apres Ski and nightlife are pretty popular in Alpe d’Huez. The Folie Douce chain has hit the resort starting at around 3pm each day until the lifts close. Then onto the Indiana, Smithy’s Bar or the more traditional “O” bar for happy hour drinks
