Situated just across from the chairlift in the charming Sainte Foy, Apartment La Cascade offers an ideal location for easy access to ski school meeting points. This spacious 4-bedroom property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and can even be combined with the apartment next door if you have an even larger group!
Spanning an impressive 150sqm across three floors, this apartment is perfect for two families or a large group.
The ground floor features an inviting open-plan living room with a cosy log fire, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a generously-sized southwest-facing balcony.
Ascending to the upper level, you’ll discover a sauna, a separate toilet, and two of the bedrooms. There is also a handy utility area on this floor is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lower level is where you will find the additional two bedrooms.
Apartment La Cascade can be rented independently to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, or it can be combined with Apt Les Balmes, located right next door. These properties are interconnected by a double door between their respective living areas, making them an excellent choice for larger groups of 14-16 guests when rented together.
