About our founder

Business in the French Alps often happens over the apéro – a little drink at the beginning of an evening, with a little bite to eat. The apéro captures so much of what is special about France – that coming together for anything from a quick catch-up to an important meeting should be convivial and hospitable.

Indeed, it’s over the apéro that our founder Kim has sourced some of the most impressive luxury ski properties for the Signature Ski portfolio. And the spirit of the apéro informs the way we work here at Signature Ski too.

Kim has been a fixture of the Val d’Isère scene for almost 25 years. She has a vast professional network, and she keeps our finger firmly on the pulse of the latest and best luxury ski experiences in France. She’s also the founder and director of Simply Val d’Isère.
